Denk je na een paar weken rustiger aan weer eens een long run te doen om voorbereid te zijn op 22km, gaat die tyfusknie weer kutten al na 4km. Dus terug wandelen in de regen en no way dat ik die halve kan lopen 13 oktober. Of die hele in april. Of überhaupt ooit weer, ben d'r voorlopig helemaal klaar mee, houdoe en bedankt.
