Stond eigenlijk niet in de planning maar a.s. weekend geen kans met 2x 12km run (rare afstand maar okay) dus dan maar even doordeweeks wat kilometertjes vreten.
Rustig aan gedaan maar was nog best benauwd dus HR kroop toch wel omhoog.
